One thing I find almost instantaneously effective is a spoon of golden seal in a cup of water..the naturpath said it was the barberi..or berberri in it..which you can get for a few dollars in most china towns.
( The golden seal powder is very expensive however.) The powder is handy though for open sores, to rub the powder on the skin...even if it does make a bit of a mess..and
I just discovered.in combination with echinacea which is powerful enough to have been used in Germany against anthrax ....should work ..I'm going to difuse it in olive oil. That means put on the top of a double boiler for a day.
So here I go on a herbal adventure.
I appologize for mixing up Elizabeth and Mary Janes location..I used to be so good at geography too.
I appear to have cleared up any gross symptoms of parasites and fungus in my bladder and bowel..through Hulda Clarke stuff, garlic, bactrim(sulfur based anti-biotic).. Mel's protocol..and my blender drink with ground seeds, oil, protein powder..but still have it (bacterium, parasites and fungus) in my skin (like needles going in randomly)..and other tissues..and all over my house.
My sinuses respond to salt and baking soda rinses and this herb toothpaste, and mouthwash, that has cinnamon, eucalyptus. etc"Dental Herb Co " from Florida.
So it does work to do all those oral protocols.
.but it needs to go deeper.
Also, I have been sleeping on an infra red mat..since the beginning..under the trunk part of the body.
So my lower arms and legs and head are the most badly affected.
Garlic..chopped or crushed and put in a small cotton bag to rub on itchy parts..works..but if you fall asleep with it on part of your head..like I did last night you could get a headache...you can absorb too much..but that is unlikely...usually you push it off in your sleep.
An old folk remedy is to put it in your shoes to absorb through the soles for parasites..

My car is now a pleasure, because I like the smell of menthol and it helps.
It may be that we need to hit the whole environment fast and hard..to have things work..and everything all at once is best.
Oh. my new washable(both pre filter and filters) air cleaner seems pretty good. No ulta violet but no standing with the vacume cleaner..cleaning the "permanent" filters and getting covered with mites either.
I may never be the same...People keep saying get rid of everything.
What do "things" mean anyway?
