post tests..digesting it all

I can see that while I have cleaned my urinary and bowel systems, my blood, lymph, skin and other tissues are still riddled with parasites...so to that end I started on higher doses of msm..a sufur..vitamin...plus continuing my drink at night of 1tsp psyllium, 1tsp of food grade bentonite, a spoon of freshly ground garlic cloves and one of goldenseal..mixed with a spoon. also 4 capsules of cloves..I grind with a nut grinder and make into capsules..some absorbs into the skin and it's quite meditative...I had pre done ones too..and wormwood tea, capsules.
.I'm going to try an oil infusion and the black walnut.
Building..protein powder, a little home made frozen fruit..the freezing seems to do something the critters don't like vs fresh, ground coconut or reconsituted(soak in water) ribbon coconut..or coconut oil(extra virgin). ABSOLUTELY NO SUGAR.
Seeds..grind(you can use a regular coffe grinder if you don't have a seed one or even a blender..any you like..pumpkin, flax, chia,hemp, sesame. sunflower..organic whenever possible..look for less expensive sources..it is getting more affordable.2 tbsp of a good balanced oil whatever you can get fresh olive it that's what your area has. Organic lecithin..Manitoba Canada makes it.
Stay away from corn, soya, wheat, canola..just about all of it is GMO(read bad) We don't have labelling laws like Europe re this.
That means most packaged food..which has those things as binders in it..most palm oil is not good and partly... or hydrogenized..a no no.
What is left? Some big manufacturers..like Loblaws in Canada are producing organic lines at reasonabe prices as their contribution to health. Nice, eh?
The US has even more enterprising organic producers. Thank you to all of them.
No thank you... to the uncscrupulous polluters who are just out to make a quick buck..most GMO companies..they say they are "feeding the world" at a more reasonable cost..and using fungus pest control is better than chemicals...what are the long term consequences? An aside..most antibiotics are fungal based now..where does it go when you go to the washroom..along with the estrogens? (the water supply?)
I've never had a plague like this and have always been "into health". Fungus is a big part of this and we are overloading the environment with altered bacterium and virus/fungus modified organisms at our peril.
The scientists involved in this have worked fast to beat any oversight..what a travesty.
The frog fungus disease making it's way up to the south western US from central america is the "canary in the coal mine"
Because we are interdependent..eg the Artic is very adversly affected by the pollution heading west on the wind from Asia...we have to think globally..and the new economies don't have the luxury..of not controlling polution.
I'm faced with cleaning my place minutely and looking for tiny mites that multiply exponentially(fast), fungus that eats their excrement (poop)..and multipy that by a gazzilion..to clean up the world.
The US has cleaned up rivers..it is possible..but if you multipy the effort of trying to get rid of "M" by a very high power..we need to start now.
I can't even go to a cabin up in the mountains..there is no place this new conatagion will not touch.
