- okay...i just saw the headlines! CANADA WINS GOLD OVER U.S.!!!! congratulations!!!!!!!!!! i read it was a dramatic game :)!!! right on....!
oh yah and yesterday or the day prior i read that the Canadian women were getting some heat for having a few beers and a puff or 2 off a cigar on the ice....they won the gold! give them some slack! lol

- Sherry, actually....I make my thieves oil! have you seen Dr.Susan Kolb's protocol? look it up! It has some really cool stuff in there, including a recipe for Thieves Oil mixture and an environment spray that is good for home/pets, since this stuff affects everything! Lots of good advice on it...yes, I put blackwalnut/wormwood/cloves in water every day....i'm use to it now....i even sort of like the taste....i think that's because i know it will bring instant relief and brain clearing! oh, and i buy the essential oils need for the mixture...the Thieves mixture...at any health food store...a Whole Foods, a Central Market, anywhere....it's SO much cheaper than buying someone's pre-mixed Thieve's Mixture....to make your own is easy....I put it on my feet at night...in the bath tub....etc....even run some through my hair. Don't give up on cute! It's in your heart, how you feel that matters.....and we will get a hold on this soon!

I was having a bad time there, so hadn't read this blog for a while..like the "body snatchers" or something there were white dangling"worms" all over my ceilings dropping down..major freak out..I'm fighting back..but it's definitly better out of my place than in it. Your home is supposed to be your nuturing castle..what's wrong with this picture?
